Quoting and Contracts
All customer engagements must begin with a written quote and signed contract outlining scope of work, specifications, payment schedules, delivery details, and warranty terms.

Change Orders
Any change to the original agreement must be documented in a written change order, including cost and schedule impacts, and must be signed by both the customer and company representative.

Delivery, Installation, and Warranty
The company will deliver homes as scheduled, coordinate on-site installation when applicable, provide warranty documentation, and maintain records of warranty claims and resolutions.

4. Quality Assurance and Production Standards

Manufacturing Standards
All modular units must meet or exceed relevant building codes and company standards. Production checklists and inspections are required for framing, insulation, electrical, plumbing, finishes, and transport readiness.

Transport and Installation
Transport must follow approved safety, rigging, and loading procedures. Installation must be completed by qualified personnel and inspected before project completion.

5. Environmental and Sustainability Policy

Customer information must be handled confidentially and may only be used for project-related purposes or communication with explicit customer consent.

External Communication and Social Media
Only authorized personnel may speak on behalf of the company. Photos or customer content may not be shared without appropriate permissions.

7. Procurement, Vendors, and Subcontractors

Vendor Selection

Appendix A – Definitions

“Company” refers to Family Built Homes.
“Employee” includes all full-time, part-time, temporary, and contracted personnel.
“Subcontractor” refers to external providers engaged in construction, transport, installation, or other related services.
“Customer” refers to individuals or organizations purchasing homes or services from the company.
